The areas around Covello and Mondariz where our properties are developed are a stunning mixture of flowing eucalyptus filled valleys and steep gorse covered escarpments. The air is scented and unbelievably clean and clear, the light is amazing and the wildlife and fauna completely natural and abundant. It is not uncommon to see wild horses and golden eagles on the upper slopes. Activities include white water rafting, quad bikes, the most rewarding walking and river swimming.
